We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and drive revenue through paid media and e-commerce strategies. Reporting to the CMO, you will oversee four product lines: Luggage, wine & accessories, scented laundry pods, and perfume and body lotion. This role is responsible for building brand awareness, engaging customers, and generating revenue through innovative marketing initiatives across both online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation & E-Commerce Management:
Lead marketing strategies that drive revenue through paid media and e-commerce channels. Leverage e-commerce expertise to optimize online performance across product lines. - Go-to-Market Strategy:
Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches and marketing initiatives. Identify target markets, define value propositions, and ensure successful execution. - Brand Marketing:
Oversee the development and positioning of the brand, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand identity. Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all marketing channels. - Sales Forecasting & Management:
Develop and manage a sales calendar to align marketing efforts with sales goals. Monitor sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet business targets. - Agency Management:
Collaborate with external agencies to drive revenue through strategic marketing campaigns. Manage and optimize agency performance to meet goals. - Email & SMS Marketing:
Lead email and SMS marketing initiatives, with a focus on engaging and converting customers. Leverage 4+ years of experience to build high-performing campaigns. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with logistics, marketing, creative, retail, and EDI teams to ensure seamless project execution. Align marketing campaigns with business objectives and sales strategies. - Performance Measurement:
Measure and report on marketing performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns. Utilize data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce. - Retention Programs:
Build, test, and optimize customer engagement and retention programs based on trends and insights. Ensure continuous improvement in lifecycle performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience with direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands and e-commerce.
- Proven experience as a senior marketing executive with a focus on both online and offline marketing.
- Expertise in paid media, audience segmentation, and targeting.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in marketing technology platforms like HubSpot and Braze.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Experience in scent marketing or related industries is a plus.
- Must be comfortable handling fast-paced environments with daily changes and challenges.
