We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Retail Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will focus on retail marketing strategy, digital advertising, and driving customer acquisition and engagement through effective online and offline campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, specifically on Social Ads, Email and SMS and understands how to leverage these skills to grow brand presence in the retail space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement retail marketing strategies to increase foot traffic, boost sales, and enhance brand awareness.
- Develops SMS and Email Strategies for Prospecting and Retention
- Partner with retail teams to create localized marketing plans, in-store promotions, and digital campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies that best serve target audiences.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Create, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns, with a strong emphasis on Facebook Ads.
- Utilize data-driven insights to test and refine ad creative, targeting, and budgeting to improve overall performance.
- Track and report on KPIs, including reach, engagement, CPA, and ROAS, to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Brand & Customer Experience
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all retail and digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Enhance customer journeys with personalized and location-based marketing initiatives.
- SMS and Email Marketing Experience building journeys and measuring results
- Data Analysis and Optimization
- Use analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-informed decisions.
- Analyze customer insights, feedback, and engagement data to optimize future strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and creative to continuously improve results.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment on retail goals and customer experience.
- Provide insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, future opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- SMS and Email Marketing Experience Required
- Proven experience with Facebook Ads and other social media advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with other digital ad platforms (Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools
- Experience working with retail brands or products.
- Experience launching SMS and Email campaigns
