Aroma360 is a leading boutique Scent Marketing and Branding company renowned for its premium essential oil-based scenting solutions. With a strong foundation rooted in two core principles — providing cutting-edge scenting solutions for both residential and commercial clients and educating individuals on the profound benefits of Aromachology.

We are currently in search of a dynamic Account Executive to join our Inside Sales team in Boca Raton, FL. As an Account Executive, you will be calling on current customers and selling them on a 36 month scenting oil program for the delivery of our essential oils to their residences and businesses. This is a bustling sales center environment where exceptional customer service and adept relationship-building skills are paramount. You will be provided with warm leads. There is no cold calling.

Please note the hours are:

Monday-Friday: 12pm-9pm

Saturday: 9-6pm

Sunday and one weekday- OFF

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Sales Conversion: Transform pre-generated, warm leads from discerning customers into lucrative sales for Aroma360.
  2. CRM Utilization: Harness the power of Salesforce CRM to efficiently manage your sales pipeline, ensuring seamless progress tracking.
  3. Engagement Excellence: Seamlessly handle live transfers from our scheduling assistants, engaging with potential clients who express keen interest in Aroma360 products.
  4. Revenue Acceleration: Drive substantial revenue growth and consistently surpass sales targets, demonstrating your prowess as a seasoned sales professional.
  5. Client-Centric Approach: Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate enduring client relationships that reflect the premium quality of Aroma360.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Seasoned Sales Expertise: Possess experience in the realm of inside sales, showcasing your ability to excel in a senior-level role.
  2. Networking Mastery: Exhibit exceptional networking skills, which are vital for expanding Aroma360's reach and influence within the luxury fragrance market.
  3. Relationship Cultivation: Possess the unique talent for nurturing long-term client relationships, a hallmark of an Account Executive who adds significant value to our team.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting Base Salary: 55K plus bonus potential of up to $1200 in the first 4 months. OTE 90-140K
  • Commission: DOE
