We are seeking a Product Manager to lead our Video Technician team and Product Development teams at Aroma 360. This newly created role will help ensure projects meet quality, timeline, and budget goals. You will act as a bridge between technical and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, manage resources, and adjust timelines and budgets as needed.
- Team Coordination: Facilitate communication between technical and creative teams, integrating technical expertise with innovative ideas. Coordinate activities between R&D, marketing, manufacturing, and other departments
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide project updates, manage risks, and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Innovation and Problem-Solving: Drives innovation, addresses technical challenges, and encourages creative solutions.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintains project documentation and prepares status reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in technical project management, ideally in consumer products.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and familiarity with industry standards.
- Strong technical knowledge of PCBs, motherboards, LED modules, and UI/software development.
- Experience in product development, with a blend of technical and creative thinking skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and facilitate communication between technical and creative roles.
