What You’ll Do:

Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Team up with marketing, creative, and other departments to define project goals, scope, and deliverables. You’ll make sure everyone’s on the same page.
  • Use tools like Asana to create and manage project timelines, tasks, and priorities. You’ll be the go-to for keeping things on track.
  • Attend all project meetings, take notes, and share updates to make sure everyone stays in the loop.
  • Ensure all print-on-demand needs are taken care of, including coordinating store signage and campaign materials for the showroom.

Product Launches and Store Promotions:

  • Lead the planning and execution of new product launches, from idea to market. You’ll handle the details and keep things organized.
  • Coordinate with product development, packaging, production, and vendors—both local and overseas—to keep things moving smoothly.
  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure the product launch is aligned with the overall brand vision and marketing plan.
  • Track the progress of launches, troubleshoot any issues, and communicate updates to everyone involved.
  • Take care of all print-on-demand and make sure the showroom receives the necessary store signage and campaign materials.
  • Communicate directly with store managers and scent consultants to ensure smooth execution of store-level needs and maintain alignment with campaign goals.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates to the President and executive team on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments involved in project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the luxury lifestyle or fragrance industry.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
