Aroma360 is seeking an International Marketing Manager at Aroma360, you will develop and implement global marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue across international markets. This role requires a dynamic, data-driven leader with experience in offline and online marketing, brand management, B2C/B2B strategies, and managing international marketing agencies.

The International Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results. This position is located on-site in Miami

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products internationally.
  • Identify target markets and define value propositions for diverse regions.
  • Oversee global brand development and ensure consistent brand identity.
  • Establish and enforce international brand guidelines.
  • Lead international B2C and B2B marketing with tailored strategies.
  • Create and manage a global sales calendar aligning marketing with sales goals.
  • Monitor international sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Manage international marketing agencies to drive revenue and achieve goals.
  • Execute campaigns that engage and convert international customers.
  • Align global campaign strategies with the Marketing team.
  • Drive lifecycle performance improvements internationally.
  • Adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Design and optimize engagement and retention programs for international customers. Use advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience as a senior marketing executive with expertise in offline and online marketing.
  • Experience managing international marketing agencies is essential.
  • Understanding of scent marketing or related industries is a plus.
  • Knowledge of FB, Google, tv media buy
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools, including Hubspot and Braze.
  • Track record of developing and optimizing multiple marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills. High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $90K-$160k
