Overview:

We are seeking a talented HR Coordinator to join our growing team in Boca Raton. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee attendance, promoting engagement, and resolving workplace issues. We are looking for a proactive individual who can handle various HR functions and is passionate about fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Attendance Monitoring:

Track and monitor employee attendance and punctuality.

Develop and enforce attendance policies and procedures.

Address attendance issues promptly and professionally.

Prepare and analyze attendance reports to identify trends and recommend solutions.

Employee Engagement:

Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.

Conduct surveys to assess employee satisfaction and identify improvement areas.

Promote a positive workplace culture through recognition programs and team-building activities.

Collaborate with management to develop strategies that enhance employee morale and productivity.

Problem Resolution:

Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and workplace issues.

Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts fairly and promptly.

Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters.

Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.

General HR and Office Admin Functions:

Assist with onboarding processes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in an HR role or similar position.

Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
